Mulled Wine
The perfect homemade mulled wine recipe for a cosy night in!

- Add all ingredients into a pot over medium-high heat. When bubbles begin to form, reduce to low heat, cover and leave to simmer for 1 hour.
- Remove the cloves, star anise, cinnamon and oranges from the wine and taste. Add more maple syrup (or 2 tbs sugar) if needed.
- Serve in mugs with your preferred garnishes. Enjoy!

- 1 (750ml) bottle Dry Wine
- 1/3 cup Brandy
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 4 Star Anise
- 4 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Oranges, Sliced
- Orange, Cinnamon and Star Anise to Garnish
