Make easy fresh bread at home!

- Mix flour, yeast and salt into a bowl, add the warm water and combined into a dough, if the dough looks too dry add more water
- Dust your work surface with flour and then tip dough on top and kneed for 10 minutes or until its elastic and silky.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place in a bowl and sprinkle the top with flour before covering with a damp clean teatowel.
- Allow the dough to prove for an hour, or until its doubled in size, then punch down the dough to knock the air out of it
- Return dough to your dusted work surface and kneed for another 5 minutes
- Place dough in a greased tray and allow to prove for 30 minutes then preheat your oven to 180F
- Bake your bread for 30 minutes or until golden
- Once cooked allow to cook and enjoy!

- 2 and 1/5 table spoons of dried yeast
- 1 kg all purpose flour
- 700 ml water
- 2 teaspoons salt flakes
