Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter is: Australian United Retailers, Level 9, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Victoria 3006. Authorised under: NSW Permit No TP/01836.
2. Entry is via FoodWorks Australia (FoodWorks AUS) Social Media pages and is open to Australian residents only and must have an Australian residential address. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian approval to enter.
3. Promotion commences Monday 22 April  (22/04/2024) until 11.59pm, Thursday 25 April (25/04/2024).
4. To enter the draw, an entrant must visit the FoodWorks AUS Facebook and complete the prompt to enter.
   1. The entry must include the answer to the prompt ‘Choose your mug from the picture and tell us what number you are
   2. Snap a picture of your favourite mug at home and show us in the comments.
   3. The entry must include a tag and the entrant should be following @FoodWorksAus on Facebook.
5. All entries via the FoodWorks Aus social media pages will be collated and a winner will be selected by AUR the following working day. Winners will be notified within 3 days of the competition closing via private message.
6. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
7. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram. Conditions apply.
8. One (1) prize will be awarded as follows:
   1. Coffee hamper valued at $150
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winner must take the prize as offered.
10. Australian United Retailers will send the prize by mail with a signature required upon arrival, unless stated.
11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of the prize by a third party or for any damage caused to the prize during delivery. The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize or the set-up costs of the prize, which are the responsibility of the winner.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick replacement winner.
13. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
15. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The winner agrees to use his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. The winner’s name will be published on our website.
