Buy fruit! 

Fresh fruit is an easy sweet treat that will bulk up your lunch box without any effort, by throwing a bag of apples in your shopping trolley you’ve got a healthy snack that will help stave off the 3pm munchies without blowing the bank or the waistline. 
 


Get the slow cooker out 

Slow cooked meals are an easy time saver! You can even chop your ingredients the night before and then all you need to do as you head out the door on Monday morning is flip the switch. Before you know it, you’ve got a ragu ready to hit the dinner table! 
 


Get Freezer friendly 

A lot of people struggle to get excited about the fourth day of chicken curry. To avoid getting food fatigue and running to the food court, whip up two or three batch cooks and pop them in the freezer. You’ll have something different every day and it’ll last for a few weeks! 
 


Dinner double ups 

By doubling your dinner recipes, you can have your office lunch ready to go every day without any extra output. 
 


Get creative 

If double ups sounds too much of the same, get a bit creative, turn Monday night’s fajitas into Tuesday chicken salad.
