Haloumi Salad with Fennel and Orange

A fresh, mediterranean inspired salad.

  1. Slice Halloumi into 2cm wide pieces.
  2. Grill sliced halloumi for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. While the halloumi is cooking, cut an orange into slices, and stir into a bowl of rocket
  4. Slice the fennel into thin slices and combine with rocket and oranges.
  5. Dress with some olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add cooked halloumi and enjoy!


  • 1 Fennel (small)
  • 180gm Haloumi Cheese
  • 2 oranges
  • 120g rocket
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
