Tuna and Avocado wraps
Provide some excitement during lunch time for yourself and the kids. Make sure to drain out the excess oil and water to avoid soggy lunches!
1 packet wraps (any variety)
425 gm tin tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ small cucumber
1 lettuce (butter or oak variety)
Drain the tuna of oil or water and place in bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and cracked pepper, if desired.
Line the wraps with lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber and sliced avocado. Top with tuna mixture and roll halfway before tucking in one end of the wrap.
Continue the roll, roll up in paper and pack for lunches.
