Blueberry Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup vanilla yoghurt
  • mint leaves to serve

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 - 40 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a tall chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

This is a simple pick-me-up and a great way to incorporate more fruit into everyday life - and fantastic for kids!

Note: Choose any seasonal fruit to make this smoothie.
