Blueberry Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup vanilla yoghurt
- mint leaves to serve
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 - 40 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a tall chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
This is a simple pick-me-up and a great way to incorporate more fruit into everyday life - and fantastic for kids!
Note: Choose any seasonal fruit to make this smoothie.
